Friendly Return Policy:

1. Before returning unwanted or defective products, customers must contact our office for a return authorization number.
2. Unused tools returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. Tools that have been used and are being returned will be considered "Rental Units". The rental charge for The Silent Paint Remover™ is $24.00/ day. Minimum 3 days. No charge for transit time. Rental must be returned in clean condition and packaged in its original container. Freight damage due to inferior packaging will result in additional charges to the customer. Please package the tool in the same packaging as it was received.
4. Credit will be issued to the same account it was charged to.
5. Policy is subject to changes without notice.
